We hired West Georgia Clock Repair to move my mother-in-law's grandfather clock from her house to ours and were very happy with the service. They were very professional and careful to make sure everything was packed and reassembled properly. Roger also took the time to educate us about how to properly use and care for the clock. I got quotes from every clock moving service I could find in metro Atlanta and West Georgia Clock Repair was the most reasonably priced.

I called this place to see if they fix antique mantle clock. I explained to the gentleman that answered the phone that my clock minute handle was loose and would not tell time correctly. He told me to take a picture of my clock and send it to him. After looking at my picture, he called back and told me how to fix the problem. My clock was missing a washer and pin that held the minute & hour hand. Luckily, I found the missing pin that fell into the door of the clock face but was missing a washer, which I could buy for a couple of dollars. He saved me a 2 hour drive from Columbus GA to his shop, gasoline and money. Thank goodness for kind-hearted and honest working people. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family that have clock issues.

Tammie and I had a wonderful experience with Roger. He came to the house and was very professional. We needed the movement serviced and a very unique piece of glass replaced that was damaged during our move. His communication was impeccable. While waiting for the part, he called to let us know the status a couple of times. We will definitely use and recommend him in the future!

Roger is the absolute best. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and obviously loves what he does. My 20+ year old Howard Miller Grandfather Clock had never been serviced, and is now running like new. Roger explained what he planned on doing, and continued to keep me in the loop during the entire repair process. Next, we're going to have him get my Grandmother's clock running again.

I got our family clock after Dad passed and Mom sold the house. She was devastated after Dad passed in 2003. I brought the clock with me every time I moved. The clock came with me from house to house, but it was neglected and just stored away.I brought it to Roger and he fixed it like new. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, keeps you informed during the repair process, and he’s such a nice man. I highly recommend using his services.Today, I got to share the chiming clock with my Mom. Memories came flooding back and she cried. I took a video of the 12:00 chimes and she asked to watch it several times. I’m hoping it will inspire her to get out of the house and see it in person. ❤️If you have a sentimental but neglected clock, don’t wait to have it repaired. Time is just too short and the memories are priceless.
